  4. Di mangkuk terpisah, campur minyak, gula, telur, dan vanilla extract, hingga tercampur rata, lalu sisihkan.
  5. Di mangkuk lain yg agak besar, aduk rata tepung terigu, tepung whole wheat, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Setelah itu campurkan campuran pisang, dengan campuran minyak, lalu aduk sampai rata, lalu masukkan ke bahan kering, dan aduk rata.
  7. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg telah disediakan, dan panggang dalam oven sekitar 45 menit (tergantung oven masing2 ya), atau tes dengan tusuk sate, dan keluar bersih.
  8. Keluarkan dr oven, dan let it cool down sebelum dikeluarkan dr loyang.
