  3. 30 gr Cocoa Powder (merk Van Houten), yg sudah diayak.
  4. 1/4 sdt Himsalt.
  5. Bahan Basah.
  6. 150 gr Dark Chocolate (merk Lindt 85%).
  7. 50 gr Unsalted Butter (merk Anchor).
  8. 50 ml Canola Oil.
  9. 8 sachet Stevia (sesuai selera).
  10. 2 butir Telur.
  11. 1 sdt Vanilla Extract.
  12. Toping.
  13. Almond Slice secukupnya (optional).

Cara membuat Keto Brownies

  1. Siapkan wadah, campur semua bahan kering..
  2. Campur butter, minyak, dark chocolate dengan cara ditim. Lalu sisihkan..
  3. Siapkan wadah, kocok telur, vanilla extract, & gula dengan mixer/hand whisk speed rendah-sedang sampai gula kartu & warna pucat sekitar 10 menit. Masukkan lelehan cokelat & butter, kocok asal rata. Tambahkan semua campuran bahan kering..
  4. Panaskan oven selama 10 menit dengan api atas bawah (sesuaikan oven masing2). Lalu tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg sudah diberi olesan butter & dilapisi baking paper. Hentakkan loyang sesekali..
  5. Masukkan loyang ke dalam oven & panggang selama 5 menit menggunakan api atas bawah (suhu 220 derajat) lalu keluarkan loyang & beri taburan almond slice. Panggang kembali selama 30 menit dengan suhu 200 derajat atau sampai matang..
  6. Setelah matang, jangan lupa test tusuk. Lalu dinginkan & lepas baking paper dari loyang. Potong & siap disajikan..
