Cara membuat Chiffon pandan debm

  1. Pisahkan telur kuning dengan putihnya.
  2. Mixer putih telur,cream of tartar,gula tropicana hingga kaku.
  3. Di tempat yg lain mixer kuning telur,soda kue,baking powder,garam hingga mengembang masukkan nutrijel mixer kembali hingga kental lalu masukkan cairan minyak,santan dan air perasan daun pandan dan daun suji aduk sampai rata.
  4. Campur adonan kuning telur ke dalam adonan putih telur secara 6 tahap di aduk secara homogen/diaduk memutar seperti arah jarum jam.
  5. Siapkan loyang ukuran 18 cm yg sudah di olesi margarin tuangkan adonan ke loyang.
  6. Panggang di oven yang sudah di panaskan sebelumnya di suhu 150 derajat celcius selama 30-45menit/sesuai kondisi oven masing2.
